In 2015 the legendary soprano dictaphonist, composer, poet and visual artist THF Drenching took up one of only two Felt Beak artist residencies to have happened to date. A number of things happened, including a gig in which THF Drenching and Gwilly Edmondez were joined by Wrest on stage, and a formal studio session engineered by Phil Begg at Newcastle University. This album post comes from that session.*

The original Tumblr post included a 'secret' bonus .zip file containing a live recording of Impossibility Knox (in a semi-regular gig line-up of Edmondez, Ghast and Drenching) performing at an all-day edition of The Arc of the Horizon at Slade Hall, Longsight, Manchester; listen out for Gwilly's notorious snake-leg joke half way through.

*At some point (once the files can be found) a companion post will be the gig where IK feat. Posset supported Steve Beresford in a performance called 'Posset Reads To Impossibility Knox' which was also half decent, like.
